Important information for Peak 2024

We're very busy preparing for an amazing holiday season and eagerly anticipating the chance to assist you during this busy time.


To ensure your end consumers receive their gifts on time for the big day, we've compiled all the necessary information to help you maximise our services this Christmas.


Friday 1st November 2024 9am - Final submission time for:

  • Special orders/projects requiring additional QA and special shipping services, for example sample and marketing orders.

  • Wholesale/bulk orders.

  • New product development.

  • New store builds.


Friday 15th November 2024 9am - Final submission time for:

  • Final intakes of pick and pack inventory items to our warehouses in the US and UK.


* Please be aware that if you are planning to submit any new work near the above dates, we cannot guarantee that we will have the resources to complete the work. If you have a question about this please speak to your account manager.


Service Levels:

  • We plan our resources as best we can to stay within an SLA of 3 business days for 95% of all orders for all clients.

  • There is a certain amount of unpredictability in the volume of orders, particularly around Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

  • Please expect some delays around the week commencing 2nd December as we respond to the volume from these key sales days.


Final submission dates for orders to be delivered in time for Christmas Day 2024:

  • During Peak the dedicated staff at Print Clever UK will be working 7 days per week, Monday to Sunday, and some production lines will work over 3 shifts (24 hours). This will maximise our production capacity and ensure that we can fulfil your orders.

  • The final order submission dates attached to this email are for orders successfully submitted to our APIs by 23:59 [GMT] on that date. 

  • You are welcome to continue to submit orders after these dates, but please be aware they may not reach your customer in time for Christmas. 



Getting your orders out on time:

  • For UK to UK orders we will operate our usual ‘upgrade to get it there on time’ policy. Any orders that miss the last shipping date Standard UK Tracked will be upgraded to a 24 service to ship on the next day. Any orders that miss that date will be upgraded to a premium Next Working Day courier service.


Production/Office Opening Times between Christmas and New Year 2024:

  • The teams will all be taking a well earned break between Christmas and New Year. 

  • We will have reduced staff in Customer Care looking after your live order queries (orderflow@printclever.com)

  • The couriers will be operating the standard reduced timetable for collections, and Production will revert to pre-peak staffing, with no night and weekend working.
