Step 1: Log into Your Print Clever OS Account
Ensure you are logged into your Print Clever OS account to streamline the connection process with your Shopify store.
Step 2: Access the Shopify App Store
Log into your Shopify store, then navigate to the Print Clever listing on the Shopify App Store by clicking the following link: Print Clever on Shopify App Store.
Step 3: Install the Print Clever App
Click ‘Add app’ to install. You will be prompted to approve the necessary access permissions that the Print Clever app requires to operate with your Shopify store.
Step 4: Connect Your Project
After installation, you will be redirected to your Print Clever OS dashboard. Select the project you wish to connect to your Shopify store.
Step 5: Finalise the Connection
Once a project is selected, you will be redirected back to Shopify to finalize the integration. Your store is now connected to Print Clever OS.
Step 6: Sync Your Products
Products already configured in Print Clever OS will automatically begin syncing with your Shopify store.
Step 7: Automatic Updates
Any modifications made to your products in either Print Clever OS or Shopify will automatically sync, ensuring that product information is consistently up-to-date across both platforms.
Notes and Tips
Stock Synchronisation: Products listed in Shopify will automatically update based on the stock availability at Print Clever, ensuring that orders can only be placed for items currently in stock and manufacturable.
SKU Management: Avoid changing the product SKUs in Shopify or deleting any variants, as these actions can disrupt the connection between Print Clever OS and Shopify for affected products.
Product Publishing: If you prefer to have products publish to Shopify in draft mode, ensure you disable the 'Enabled' option before saving the product in Print Clever OS.
